You acknowledge that all analyses, strategies, and other content generated by the AI within the Service (“Generated Content”) are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. The Generated Content is provided as a starting point and a supplementary tool.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, validating, and verifying all Generated Content for accuracy and appropriateness before use. We are not liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from your reliance on the Generated Content.
4. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only.
- You agree not to input any sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information that you are not authorized to share.
- You are responsible for any data you input into the Service and for the consequences of its use.
5. Data Privacy and Storage
The Service allows you to download your analysis session as a JSON file to your local device. You are solely responsible for the security and management of this downloaded file. We do not store your session data on our servers after your session ends. The “upload” feature allows you to load a previously saved session file from your local device back into the application.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content generated by you or for you), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service operator. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you create or input into the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Service operator, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice on this page of any changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
